Sustainable Packaging Customer Portal

EcoHub is the customer portal of EcoEnclose, one of the top sustainable packaging companies in the U.S. Every customer sees only their own orders, invoices, SKUs and Store & Ship inventory, tracks each order through production and reviews proofs. Built on Softr, Softr Databases and Vibe Coding, with n8n syncing NetSuite and monday.com.

Sustainable Packaging Customer Portal project overview

The challenge

Before EcoHub, EcoEnclose's customers had no self-service view of their account. Anyone who wanted to know where an order stood emailed their account manager, who then had to look it up across monday.com for production and shipping, NetSuite for invoices, and Google Drive for artwork, while Store & Ship inventory lived in a spreadsheet. Proof approvals ran entirely over email, where a single round of edits could stretch into a 20-message thread with no shared history. EcoEnclose wanted one place for every account, to support customer retention and SKU growth and make its account managers more effective.

What we built

One self-service portal for EcoEnclose's customers: a production tracker from internal proof to shipping with ship-to and tracking, invoices with CSV export and live NetSuite PDFs, SKU specs with recycled and post-consumer content, Store & Ship inventory with reorder requests, a two-stage proof review and a Drive-backed artwork library, all on Softr Databases kept in sync with NetSuite and monday.com by n8n instead of manual CSV uploads, with role-based views for customers, account managers, admins and the creative team.

About the project

EcoEnclose is one of the top sustainable packaging companies in the U.S. Before EcoHub, its customers had no self-service view of their account. Anyone who wanted to know where an order stood emailed their account manager, who then had to look it up across monday.com for production and shipping, NetSuite for invoices and Google Drive for artwork, while Store & Ship inventory lived in a spreadsheet. Proof approvals ran entirely over email, where a single round of edits could stretch into a 20-message thread with no shared history. EcoEnclose wanted one place for every account, to support customer retention and SKU growth and make its account managers more effective. Base Flows mapped how orders, invoices, inventory and proofs actually moved between those systems, then built EcoHub on Softr and Softr Databases in three phases. The first version ran on manual CSV uploads; the second replaced them with n8n integrations from NetSuite and monday.com, so customers, SKUs, sales orders, invoices and shipping data sync on a schedule, and adding a company by its NetSuite ID pulls in its SKUs, orders, rep and inventory. Every customer logs in to a portal that shows only their own account. The centerpiece is a production tracker built with Vibe Coding. Each order moves through internal proof, swatching, printer's proof, production and shipping, with its ship-to address and tracking, so order-status questions that used to go to account managers by email moved to a tracker customers check on their own. Invoices and stock live in the same place: two years of invoices with CSV export and PDFs fetched live from NetSuite, SKU specs with recycled and post-consumer content, and Store & Ship inventory with weeks on hand and reorder requests sent straight to the account manager. Proofing and artwork are built into the portal too. A two-stage proof review runs from internal proof to a signed printer's proof, comment threads capture email replies, and approvals update monday.com and file the art in Google Drive, next to a Drive-backed artwork library that tracks views and downloads. Role-based views serve customers, account managers, admins and the creative team, with an operations dashboard for admins and module switches for each customer. Phase 2 shipped in six weeks, with invoicing live for every customer 16 days after kickoff. Base Flows trained EcoEnclose's operations team, documented the system and checked in weekly throughout, and the partnership is now moving into its next phase. "Base Flows did such a great job with our project! They were responsive, invested, and took the time to truly understand what we needed at the start and at every step of the way. I'm excited to work with them on the next phase." Saloni Doshi, CEO, EcoEnclose

Member Training Portal

The ALM Member Portal replaces a WordPress and LearnDash course area with one library: 365 training videos and 385 documents, every document next to its video, and progress read from the player itself. Members land on a dashboard, access belongs to the team, and the ALM team publishes and gates content without a developer.
