Base Flows provides no-code development, consulting, and automation services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs).

You agree to:

All content, features, and functionality on the website are owned by Base Flows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Work product delivered to clients is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

All services provided by Base Flows are subject to a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work that defines specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement.

Payment terms are outlined in individual Service Agreements. Generally, we require payment upon completion of defined milestones or on a weekly sprint basis as agreed in the contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Base Flows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement, as detailed in applicable Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
