The Production & Quality Records System for Isamar modernizes the company's manufacturing operations by integrating production data, quality metrics, and shift reporting into a single unified platform. Developed on Airtable and Softr with custom JavaScript logic, the system enables precise tracking of every production stage. It includes detailed sub-records for each roll, automated quality control validation, and traceability dashboards that give supervisors real-time visibility into process performance. A key feature of the platform is the "Production Logbook", where operators can record shift-by-shift notes by process and person, improving accountability and communication between teams. Through automation, structured data models, and user-friendly interfaces, this solution enhances data accuracy, quality traceability, and operational efficiency, supporting Isamar's commitment to continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.
