Project management, client data and documentation were split across scattered tools, with no unified operational view of a renewable energy pipeline.
A portal on Airtable, Softr and n8n where client intake forms populate project pipelines automatically, dashboards show real-time status, milestones and timelines, permits and contracts live in secure document management, and tasks are assigned and tracked across engineering, installation and maintenance.
The Solfi Energy Portal was developed to centralize project management, client data, and documentation for a leading renewable energy company based in Ireland. Built with Airtable as the data backbone, Softr as the client-facing interface, and n8n for automation, the platform replaced scattered tools with a unified operational system. Key features include: Client intake forms that automatically populate project pipelines in Airtable, Project tracking dashboards showing real-time status, milestones, and timelines, Secure document management for permits, contracts, and project files, Task assignment and tracking for engineering, installation, and maintenance teams, Automated notifications to keep clients and staff aligned on progress, Custom reports giving management visibility into pipeline, active projects, and resources. Ascension runs Setterlun University's one-on-one coaching program, giving each client a single record with their North Star, staged roadmap, tasks, and session history. Coaches work a prioritized roster and send reminders to a client's preferred channel. Built on Softr and Airtable, with Make and Twilio behind the messaging.
Smartphone wizard that field installers use to register, photograph and verify every AED Sentinel monitoring camera on site. Migrated off Microsoft Power Pages and rebuilt on Softr in two weeks, with six prescribed photos filed in Airtable against the Sentinel ID.
