Ascension runs Setterlun University's one-on-one coaching program, giving each client a single record with their North Star, staged roadmap, tasks, and session history. Coaches work a prioritized roster and send reminders to a client's preferred channel. Built on Softr and Airtable, with Make and Twilio behind the messaging.

The challenge
The coaching program was running on an app that had been built as a mock-up of the idea. It could show what the product might be, but it could not carry a real book of clients: the work of coaching, the plan, the tasks, the session history, and the resources lived across separate tools, and there was no single view of a client for the coach or for the client.
What we built
A full rebuild on Softr and Airtable, centered on one client record that holds the North Star, the staged roadmap, the tasks, the onboarding answers, and every session. Clients, coaches, and admins are served from the same pages through role-gated blocks, a searchable resource library backs the curriculum, and Make and Twilio deliver scheduled reminders to each client's preferred channel.
About the project
Setterlun University runs a one-on-one coaching program for founders and agency owners. The business already had a Softr and Airtable app, but it worked as a conceptual prototype of the idea rather than something a coaching team could run a real book of clients on. Base Flows started with a paid two-hour audit of the existing Softr setup and Airtable structure, then scoped the work as a full revamp to a stable V1 instead of a list of disconnected fixes.
The rebuild centers on the client record. Each client gets one page holding their North Star, a staged roadmap with the tasks attached to each stage, their onboarding answers, and the notes from every session. What used to be spread across separate tools now opens in a single view, and the coach edits it live during the call instead of writing a recap afterward.
The platform serves three audiences from the same pages. Clients, coaches, and admins share the same URLs, and what renders is decided block by block through Softr's user groups. A coach opens a roster that surfaces who has stalled and who is due, a client opens the same roadmap their coach just edited, and the owner opens a program-wide dashboard with charts covering every coach and every stage. One build, three experiences, no separate admin app to maintain.
Two pieces carry the operating load. Ascension Lab is the program's curriculum as a searchable library, tagged by theme, so a coach attaches the right framework to a client's stage instead of describing it from memory, with the long-form content staying where the team already writes it. The reminder system lets a coach write one line, link it to a task, and schedule it, and Make and Twilio deliver it to the client on SMS or WhatsApp without the coach leaving the client record.
Around that sit the pieces that make the program run week to week: a public application form that qualifies prospects into the same system the coach will work in, a calendar that renders group calls and one-on-one sessions in each member's own timezone with the join link attached, and a records view that keeps every session, task, resource, and reminder against the client. Setterlun University had asked for a V1 inside a two to three month window. Base Flows delivered it in five weeks from kickoff to handover, and the client tested it for a week before it went live.
"Eric and Agus are amazing. They both work efficiently while keep us informed at every step. We needed a V1 web app in a 2-3 month timeline and they over delivered in the results."

Smartphone wizard that field installers use to register, photograph and verify every AED Sentinel monitoring camera on site. Migrated off Microsoft Power Pages and rebuilt on Softr in two weeks, with six prescribed photos filed in Airtable against the Sentinel ID.
The ALM Member Portal replaces a WordPress and LearnDash course area with one library: 365 training videos and 385 documents, every document next to its video, and progress read from the player itself. Members land on a dashboard, access belongs to the team, and the ALM team publishes and gates content without a developer.
