About This Project

The ACR Dumpsters Portal was developed to modernize operations for a U.S.-based dumpster rental company, replacing manual spreadsheets and paper-based billing with a fully digital system. Built on Airtable (backend), Softr (client-facing interface), and Zapier (automation), the platform connects client management, invoicing (Stripe), and container tracking into a single operational hub. Key features include centralized client management with a full view of active and historical records, container tracking for both rental and permanent units linked to client profiles, automated invoicing workflows with PDF generation and email delivery, real-time dashboards for payment status and operational insights, service request forms that feed directly into the invoicing pipeline, and automated notifications and task routing to keep teams aligned. The system significantly improved billing accuracy, eliminated redundant manual steps, and provided staff and management with a clear, real-time overview of financial and operational performance. It also enhanced the customer experience through a professional, mobile-friendly client portal.
