Built on Softr and Airtable, it pairs search and eight filters with detailed profiles, expert review and automatic logos, and drew 10,000+ page views in its first month.
EdTech startups looking for funding, acceleration or partners had no single place to find the organizations that could help them, filtered by where they operate and the stage they support. DOHE set out to build a public map of the global EdTech ecosystem, and there was nothing in place to start from.
A public directory of more than 1,000 EdTech organizations built on Softr and Airtable: card and list views with search and eight filters, a profile for every organization, an expert review queue in Airtable before anything goes live, logos pulled in automatically through Logo.dev, a feedback form, and Google Analytics 4 with Looker Studio reporting on an analytics page for the DOHE team.

DOHE set out to build a public map of the global EdTech ecosystem, and there was nothing in place to start from. Base Flows built the Global EdTech Resource Map from scratch on Softr and Airtable and launched it as an MVP in mid-2025. Visitors browse more than 1,000 organizations in card or list view, search by keyword and narrow the results with eight filters, including category, organization type, startup stage, region, location and key strengths. Every organization has its own profile with what it offers, how to access it, links to its website and LinkedIn, and its full set of tags. Behind the directory, Airtable works as the curation desk. New organizations wait in a review queue where an expert approves or rejects each one, with a note on why, before it goes live. When a website is added, automations extract the domain and pull in the organization's logo through Logo.dev, so every card shows a real logo without anyone uploading files by hand. To learn how the map is used, Base Flows set up Google Analytics 4 event tracking and an analytics page for the DOHE team, behind a login, with Looker Studio reporting. A public feedback form asks visitors whether they found what they were looking for and what is missing. The directory drew more than 10,000 page views in its first month. In 2026, DOHE used data from the map for its first GEM report, Navigating the Global EdTech Ecosystem, which introduces a framework for understanding the organizations that shape EdTech ecosystems worldwide.
